We stand behind our containers with the following guarantees:
Structural Warranty:
- Cargo Worthy: 5-year warranty on structure
- Wind & Water Tight: 3-year warranty on structure
- Covers: Welds, frame integrity, floor structure
30-Day Satisfaction Swap: Not happy with your container? Within 30 days, you can exchange it for another container in our inventory. You just pay any price difference.
Price Match Promise: Found a lower price on a comparable container from a legitimate dealer? We’ll match it and take off an extra 2%.
What’s NOT covered:
- Cosmetic issues (expected wear for used containers)
- Modifications you make after delivery
- Damage from misuse or accidents
